Today’s Relationship Advice is Toxic (Part 5)

The term “high-value” woman/man really bugs me. We all have value. Just because we don’t see our own worth does not mean we have higher or lower value than anyone else. Just because we make unhealthy, unwise decisions doesn’t mean we are low-value. It means we don’t see our value.

STOP calling women high-value just because they let a man lead. Stop calling us low-value if we “chase” a man. Sometimes women have to take charge.

Just because a man stops contacting a woman for a while does not mean he doesn’t want to contact her. Sometimes they are busy. Sometimes they get in their own heads and don’t really think about it. Not all guys are glued to their phones. Sometimes if a woman wants to hear from a man, she needs to let him know.

Stop teaching women that we should play games to get a man’s attention. Stop teaching us to hurt men to make them want us. An emotionally healthy man is not attracted to pain.
